About us
EasiPC are excited to be the preferred IT support service partner for the CSGBG. Our core focus of providing high quality technical support and IT consultancy to our customers has cemented our place as market leaders in our dedicated field.
Our excellent team of 30 engineers based in Northampton provide IT technical consultancy and support to schools, colleges, multi-academy trusts and associated organisations throughout the East Midlands and now nationally. We focus on the delivery of local and cloud systems support via our technical service desk team and onsite engineers to ensure our customers have uninterrupted access to essential IT systems. Part of this focus is to also ensure our customers have complete confidence when using the systems in place through close customer engagement and ongoing CPD.
We offer fixed or dynamic IT support agreements with options to personalise the support offering based on your exact requirements. Prior to any support agreement being signed, EasiPC will work with your organisation to understand the needs and then look to carry out a full IT audit on service start to profile the current IT estate health and security.
